At VERRON, every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since many of our pieces are prepared individually, we follow a strict exchange policy to maintain product quality and ensure fairness to all customers.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on any orders.

Exchanges

We offer size exchange only for the same product, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Size Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • The product must pass our quality inspection before the exchange is processed

Reverse Pickup

For approved size exchange requests:

  • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse

  • Further instructions will be provided by our support team during the exchange process

Exchange Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the requested replacement size will be dispatched to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, as the preparation or production process begins immediately after the order is confirmed.
