Return & Exchange Policy

At VERRON, every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain product quality and fairness for all customers, we follow a strict exchange policy.

⚠ Important:

We do not accept returns on any orders.
Only size exchange for the same product is allowed, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The product must pass our quality inspection before exchange approval.

Reverse Pickup:
For approved exchange requests, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product.

Damaged Package:
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please record an uncut unboxing video while opening the package for claim verification.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as the preparation or production process begins immediately after confirmation.
