Return & Exchange Policy

At VERRON, every outfit is crafted with care and attention to detail. To maintain product quality and fairness for all customers, we follow a strict exchange policy.

⚠ Important:

• We do not accept returns on any orders.
• Exchange for a different size or product, or store credit, is allowed, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The product must pass our quality inspection before exchange approval.

Reverse Pickup:
For approved exchange requests, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product.

Damaged Package:
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please record an uncut unboxing video while opening the package for claim verification.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as the preparation or production process begins immediately after confirmation.
